Doing Good Things for Great Kids

    The USD 417 Educational Enhancement Fund provides an ideal opportunity for alumni, parents, community businesses, and other supporters of our schools to make good things happen for education.  Through private, charitable bequests and lifetime giving, we can stimulate innovations in instruction.  We can provide facilities and services not available through public funding.  Working together, we can indeed ensure a legacy of excellence.  

    The resources of the USD 417 Educational Enhancement Fund are being held in a special account within the Council Grove Area Foundation that qualifies for tax-exempt contributions.  As a partnership between our schools and community, the Fund facilitates private contributions of cash, products, and services to enrich the education we offer our youth.  

    Your contribution can make a multitude of projects happen in USD 417.  Contributions to the Fund benefit more than 1000 students and employees.  Many of the designated projects can serve the entire district.  

    Donors can specify contributions for any worthwhile purpose, and special enclosure cards are available to those who wish to give friends and family a "gift that keeps on giving."
