Lunchroom Update

Revtrak is up and running!!!  Thanks parents for your patience with this process you are free to send money for your kid’s lunch accounts three ways.  With your child, bring to any office, or by using Revtrak it is located on our website www.usd417.net  (if sending a check please remember to write your child’s name/name’s in the memo to help eliminate confusion)

We have a new way to access the RevTrak portal and an update to the Guardian Page in PowerSchool.

What this means is you can make a payment from POWERSCHOOL!!! HOW AWESOME!!!

Here’s a helpful hint on how to get started

-If you login to the Parent area of Powerschool and click on Balance you will see the Fee's listed at the top and meals listed below with all the transactions posted in near real time.

-On the right side you will see "Make a Payment" button in green. These will link you direct out and to the RevTrak page where you can process a payment to your child’s account.

USD 417 Policy states your child will get 3 meals after they reach a zero balance, after that time they will get a peanut butter sandwich (Cheese if allergic) and milk.  We will start enforcing this starting Oct. 9th if you need more info please refer to the district website policies (Section EE Unpaid Meal Charges)

Doubles and Ala Carte are not part of the school meal program, for your child to get these items they must have money on their account or bring money with them.

As always, I’m very excited to see where these kids are going with their food choices!  Parents you all would be very excited to see how much salad I’m buying!

See you in the lunchroom,

Becky Shearer
