USD 417 Morris County Schools Awarded “Standard of Excellence”

USD 417 Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Kelly Gentry, reports that all five campuses of USD 417 received awards for Standard Of Excellence from the Kansas State Department of Education.  Mrs. Gentry states, “These results of academic achievement are the result of the continuing dedication of our administrators, teachers, staff and students and the efforts of community members working on committees.  Our MTSS process, increasing rigor and expectations, making instruction relevant and changing how we teach has brought about positive change to our student’s learning”.
