Getting Back in the Swing of Things

What a hot summer it has been. I hope everyone accomplished everything thing they wanted during this break. Dr. Rosser has been very bored at home and is eager to greet the students back (his pack).
If you find that you need something for school but don't know where to get it or need help in getting it, please let me know.
This year my schedule will be Mondays and Fridays at Prairie Heights, Tuesdays and Wednesday at Council Grove Elementary and Middle Schools, and Thursdays as a flex day so I can go where needed.
Classroom Guidance will focus on the "Six Pillars of Character" that consist of Trustworthy/Honesty; Citizenship; Respect; Kindness/Caring; Responsibility; and Fairness. In addition, guidance will address bullying, safety, and career education. Each month I will update this site to inform you of the focus of guidance for the month.
In addition to guidance, I will meet with students individually or in small groups if indicated or requested. Parents will be notified if contact will be on-going.
Please don't hesitate to contact me, whether you have questions, need something, or just want to talk. My job is to help eliminate any obstacles to student learning.
Again, welcome and I am looking forward to a great school year.
