rove FFA Horticulture Class Plans its' 3rd annual Poinsettia Sale. The Poinsettias were purchase from Neosho Gardens earlier this fall. Throughout the semester the horticulture students have measured the plants to track growth. At the beginning of the semester we had fertilizer injector problems and noticed that the plants closest to the fertilizer injector were about 2 inches taller than the plants furthest away from the injector. The students have learned so much about how to grow poinsettias and done an excellent job. The poinsettia sale will start on December 1st and end when we are sold out. The cost of the plants will be $7.50 each. The plants are about 12" tall and 8" wide. We look forward to seeing you on the 1st.
